A Thai Catering company are expanding in the market are looking for someone who have prior experience in catering sales to join and grow with the team.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Prospecting for new clients through various channels, networking, and online inquiries.
  • Responding to catering inquiries and converting them into sales.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong client base through relationship building.
  • Generating proposals and customizing menus to meet client needs.
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.

Client Management:

  • Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Understanding client requirements and preferences.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving client concerns.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process.

Event Coordination:

  • Liaising with internal teams (chefs, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Managing event logistics and timelines.
  • Conducting site inspections and preparing event-related documentation.

Market Awareness:

  • Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
