Job description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to aggressively expand our retail presence across supermarkets, minimarts, provision shops, convenience stores, and independent retailers.

This is a hunter role. Your core mission is simple:
Get our products listed, placed on shelves, and reordered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, visit, and onboard new retail outlets across assigned territories
  • Pitch and secure product listings and shelf space with shop owners, buyers, and purchasing managers
  • Drive store-level negotiations on pricing, margins, promotions, and volume commitments
  • Build and grow a strong retail distribution footprint for FMCG / food products
  • Execute route-to-market and outlet expansion strategies
  • Ensure proper product visibility, shelf positioning, and merchandising
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and shelf presence
  • Push sell-in volume, repeat orders, and account retention
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales revenue and outlet acquisition targets
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
  • Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and replenishment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or trade sales
  • Strong B2B / retail distribution sales background
  • Comfortable with cold store visits and face-to-face selling
  • Solid negotiation and closing skills with retailers and buyers
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
  • Able to work independently in the field
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s retail trade landscape is a strong advantage
