Job Responsibilities
- Build an in-depth knowledge of JEB brand and product ranges.
- Be responsible for JEB product sales & services, including strengthening customer relations, assisting in problem solving, and handling all enquiries related to JEB products.
- Take the lead in managing sales operations within JEB.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities using sales skills.
- Implement creative and effective strategies to optimize sales and enhance team performance.
- Engage in door-to-door sales, set appointments, and arrange presentations for potential and existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure comprehensive market coverage.
- Utilize JEB reports, CRM technologies, and other resources to communicate and manage expectations.
- Monitor sales activities weekly/monthly to ensure goal achievement and effective time management.
- Develop a thorough understanding of technical drawings and ensure accurate product detail capture for CAD design.
- Stay informed about market conditions, workplace requirements, pricing, and lead-times.
- Coordinate with QS teams and suppliers regarding product feasibility and pricing for projects.
- Engage with clients regularly and participate in tender briefings.
- Gather information for tenders and quotations, and guide sales teams/admin on preparation specifics.
- Communicate updates promptly, whether positive or negative, to enable appropriate responses.
