Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – PPE (South East Asia) to drive revenue growth and deepen customer engagement for AMOS Group’s Alcona Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) portfolio. This role is responsible for executing regional growth strategies, managing key accounts, and delivering profitable, sustainable business outcomes across South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Own and achieve annual sales targets across assigned PPE product categories and key accounts
  • Drive profitable revenue growth in alignment with global sales policies, processes, and governance standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and account teams
  • Partner with Operations and Key Account Managers to develop and execute regional growth strategies

Customer Engagement & Development

  • Identify and develop new and existing customers through structured lead generation, cold outreach, and planned visits
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers by effectively navigating customer organizations
  • Promote value-added PPE solutions, including contract management, compliance checks, and renewal activities
  • Track sales pipeline, revenue, and margin performance; proactively implement corrective actions where required
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to manage customer credit terms and payment follow-ups

Sales Planning & Performance Review

  • Prepare for and participate in regular sales review meetings with the Head of Sales
  • Analyze account pipelines, RFQs, and competitive dynamics using Salesforce CRM
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Document strategic review outcomes and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions
  • Escalate customer issues or complaints promptly to ensure swift resolution
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized four-year university
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development and sales management
  • At least 3 years’ experience in PPE and/or safety equipment sales
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com and SAP for pipeline and customer management
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across different cultures and seniority levels
  • Proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean, to support APAC clients
