Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to execute sales and rental operations of our bolting systems portfolio across South East Asia. This role will be responsible for delivering profitable growth by expanding our presence in strategic markets, including Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure, Shipbuilding, Power Generation, and other industrial sectors. The Sales Manager will oversee commercial activities related to high-integrity bolting products and services, building strong customer relationships and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with regional objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, focusing on both rental and direct product sales.
  • Manage existing customer accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and maximizing value delivered.
  • Serve as a technical advisor, offering solutions to complex bolting application challenges.
  • Monitor and report on market dynamics, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data using HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and strategic account plans in alignment with regional targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve commercial, logistical, or service-related issues.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Support marketing initiatives and provide feedback to influence product positioning and campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and contribute to a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in industrial equipment sales, with at least 5 years focused on Torque and Tensioning systems within South East Asia.
  • In-depth understanding of bolted joint integrity and flange management practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Self-starter with a track record of delivering results in competitive markets.
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%.
