Job description

The Sales Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the sales operations of the company to achieve revenue and growth targets. The role includes developing sales strategies, managing and leading the sales team, and expanding the company’s customer base.

Key responsibilities include setting sales targets and KPIs, monitoring team performance, training and coaching sales staff, preparing sales forecasts and performance reports, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager maintains strong relationships with key customers, negotiates contracts, and ensures customer satisfaction.

The role also involves coordinating with management on pricing strategies, market trends, and promotional activities, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
