  • Accurately open and close sales and pawn accounts.

  • Arrange and manage pledges efficiently.

Merchandising & Display
  • Ensure displays and merchandise are visually appealing and well-presented.

  • Monitor stock levels and promptly report any discrepancies to the manager.

Team Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales and service goals.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing performance.
