Promote jewellery products and services to walk-in customers.
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Handle phone enquiries professionally and in accordance with company standards.
Accurately open and close sales and pawn accounts.
Arrange and manage pledges efficiently.
Perform administrative tasks related to sales and customer service operations.
Ensure displays and merchandise are visually appealing and well-presented.
Monitor stock levels and promptly report any discrepancies to the manager.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales and service goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing performance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
Ensure the store remains tidy and presentable at all times.
