Job description
Taking an active part in all phases of the sales process, including quoting, closing spot ad hoc prices, rate negotiation, and BAF notice.
Ensuring that dead goods contracts are operating efficiently and that regular calls are made to the relevant customer for DF arrangement in case assistance is needed.
Make sure that regular phone calls and client meetings result in happy customers and positive client relations. Respond to consumer concerns and take immediate corrective action.
To offer specialised solutions, ascertain the demands, opportunities, and important purchasing criteria of your consumers.
MLO/NVOCC account management: total accountability for all allocated MLO/NVOCC accounts, including basic follow-up calls and meeting requirements on all trade lanes.
Ensure that the sales goals established for the various trade and service corridors are met. Monitor the performance of the agency.
Respond to everyday questions from clients regarding the products and services.
Find and cultivate customer recommendations.
Closely collaborate with other departments and communicate critical information
Maintain close communication and interaction with agents and customers to monitor competition, market circumstances, and product development and choose the best course of action.
Helping in the formulation of marketing plans.
