Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales pipelines with major supermarket chains, distributors and foodservice partners.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales and long‑term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth of our FMCG channel.
- Represent the brand professionally at trade fairs, in‑store promotions and customer meetings.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, fresh produce or food‑related industries.
- Proven track record in account management and business development.
- Strong network with supermarkets, distributors or foodservice operators is an advantage.

- Results‑driven with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Passionate about food, agriculture and sustainability.
- Must possess a valid driving licence (advantage for client visits and store checks).
