A leading fresh produce company based in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales growth for its FMCG market offerings. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, proven track record in account management, and strong networking capabilities in the industry. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, building customer relationships, and representing the brand at trade events. A diploma in Business or Marketing is preferred.

As a Sales Executive at Greenphyto, you will play a key role in driving sales growth for our fresh produce offerings in the FMCG market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines with major supermarket chains, distributors and foodservice partners.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales and long‑term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth of our FMCG channel.
  • Represent the brand professionally at trade fairs, in‑store promotions and customer meetings.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, fresh produce or food‑related industries.
  • Proven track record in account management and business development.
  • Strong network with supermarkets, distributors or foodservice operators is an advantage.
