This role provides a fast‑paced, hands‑on learning environment where you’ll develop real‑world communication, negotiation, and leadership skills through structured mentorship and training.

Responsibilities
  • Engage business clients to identify needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Manage and execute sales campaigns to achieve performance targets.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Participate in team trainings to strengthen product knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to develop and implement outreach strategies.
  • Deliver excellent service standards and uphold the company’s professional image.
Requirements
  • No experience required — training and mentorship will be provided.
  • Diploma or Degree in any field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Driven, coachable, and results‑oriented.

Working Hours & Environment
  • Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am – 6 : 00 pm
