Sales Executive
Responsibilities
  • Execute Business Development Plan in Singapore primarily for System Certification and related products and services
  • Understand and devise pricing strategy for each product (Certifications / Training) for various verticals
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and Business Development and align efforts to achieve overall business targets by conducting primary and secondary research
  • Manage a few accounts, clients for continual enquiry generation
  • May have to travel within the region to meet potential clients and stakeholders
  • Strategy formulation, plan, define and establish a short term / long-term business development plan
  • Estimation and Quotation preparation. Initial vetting of contracts as advised upon by Head of Sales and Business Development.
  • Prepare and conduct joint review of monthly sales reports with Head of Sales and Business Development
  • Assist the Head of Sales and Business Development on live projects and real time client interaction
  • Carrying out other duties as may be entrusted by the Head of Sales and Business Development
  • Execute enquiry handling including submission of questionnaire, preparation of ATEA and quotation.
  • Prepare and follow up with customers on special quotation (re-audit, extension audit and etc.).
  • Prepare and follow up on contracts issued to customers.
  • Update enquiry/order tracking chart and Customer Database.
  • Prepare monthly sales performance report and New Order Report.
  • Assist Key Accounts Manager in carrying out day to day operations and other office activities.
  • Assist in follow up with customers on overdue payment.
  • Maintain good relationship with new and existing customers to ensure zero trauma and continuous business.
  • Monthly compilation of customer complaints/feedback.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and latest industry trends.
  • Researching and recommending new opportunities and recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Manage updated data of key accounts, clients for continual sales effort.

  • Diploma or Degree Level Candidates in Business Management or Engineering or any relevant fields
