Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive overseas sales and promote their product solutions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare engineering. Responsibilities include maintaining distributor relations, negotiating terms, and delivering product demonstrations. The position offers a competitive salary and is office-based.

Working days: Mon to Fri , Office hours
💰 Salary: Up to $5,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive overseas sales by promoting company solutions/products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, delivery, and with distributors; monitor deliveries and close deals.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for basic to advanced research-grade microscope systems.
  • Support distributors and conduct overseas visits as needed.
  • Participate in product launches and implement related strategies.
  • Deliver solution demonstrations and presentations.
  • Oversee credit control of distributors.
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management.
Job Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Min 3–5 years of product sales experience, preferably in healthcare engineering.
  • Experience or knowledge of microscopy is an advantage.
  • Organized, self-driven, reliable, and eager to learn.
  • Effective team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
