Job summary

PS SOLUTIONS & SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled sales professional to drive customer engagement, identify needs, and offer technical solutions aligned to client goals.

You will lead sales support, develop proposals, coordinate with engineering, and participate in trade shows to expand our market in Singapore and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and challenges.
• Provide technical consultation to customers and propose solutions aligned with operational goals.
• Scout and develop leads with new customers to grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Develop detailed quotes and proposals addressing customer needs and specifying technical requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Act as a point of contact for post-sales support, troubleshooting and sales of service.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share insights with product development and marketing teams.
• Participate in all company-traded shows and seminars in Singapore and abroad.
• Educate customers on equipment features, benefits, and maintenance requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure proper usage.
• Assist management with ad-hoc tasks and duties as required.

KeyResponsibilities:

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Liaise with customers, end-users and purchasers to introduce the company's service capabilities.
• Drive the sales of services to existing and new customers with equipment sold by the company.
• Coordinate with the engineering and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Act as a point of contact for post-sales support, troubleshooting and sales of service.

Market and Product Knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and understand advancements in equipment and service offerings.
• Share insights, feedback and customer requirements with the product development and marketing teams to drive innovation.
• Participate in all company-participated trade shows and seminars in Singapore and abroad.

Training and Support:

• Educate customers on equipment features, benefits, and maintenance requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure proper usage and understanding of products.
