Qualifications

• Must have at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's or higher in any field.
• Strong time management skills and ability to exceed expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; strong listening and empathy.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems; quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with partners and internal departments.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow.
• Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest satisfaction with the right procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
