Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution with timely follow-up for case closure.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines.
• Deliver services to ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to standards.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Quality Management System.
