This role emphasizes communication, empathy, and efficient use of multiple systems, in a dynamic, globally connected setting. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or higher and bring 2 years of related experience, or fresh graduates with strong potential.

Qualificações

• Diploma or higher in any field is acceptable.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree preferred.
• 2 years of related work experience is beneficial, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills are essential.
• Excellent English communication, listening, and phone etiquette.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with partners and internal teams.
• Give constructive feedback to improve tools and procedures.
• Deliver high-quality service to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Fulfill other duties as needed to support Quality Management.
