Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries, including quotations and order status updates
  • Prepare and submit quotations, including obtaining pricing approvals
  • Process customer purchase orders: enter into ERP system, check availability, and confirm delivery schedule
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers and monitor shipping schedules
  • Expedite deliveries and receive goods in ERP system
  • Coordinate delivery arrangements with warehouse and issue customer billing
  • Manage consignment operations: plan supplier orders, arrange replenishment, and handle billing
  • Maintain accurate filing of documents and records
  • Support sales team with customer-related queries and requirements
  • Conduct quarterly and annual internal and external audit checks
  • Perform month-end closing activities
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales admin / sales coordinator or related fields
