Main Responsibilities

• Rapidly analyze client needs during conversations and propose relevant digital marketing solutions on the spot.

• Handle the process from "calling out" (outbound prospecting) to engaging and converting leads into paying clients.

• Maintain a high level of self‑drive to meet sales targets and maximize commission earnings.

• Quickly grasp new industry concepts (marketing/media/tech) to speak authoritatively with prospects.

Requirements

• Background in the Marketing, Media, or Tech industries.

• Proven track record in a Business Development or Sales role.

• Experience with outbound sales (calling, engaging, closing).
