We are looking for a commercially minded Sales & Business Development Director to spearhead growth across the ASEAN region for a reputable fintech firm. This role offers the chance to own the full sales cycle — from opportunity identification to deal execution — while shaping how to engage large corporates, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and expand a strong pipeline of clients, nurturing senior-level relationships to unlock new business.
  • Lead commercial discussions, structure trade and supply chain finance solutions, and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to deliver bespoke solutions that meet client needs.
  • Track market developments and bring strategic insights to drive revenue growth and regional presence.
  • Represent the company at key industry forums and with ecosystem partners.
What We’re Looking For
