Sales Assistant Manager (Full-Time)

Singaporean or PR only

Location: Healthtinity Yoga & Therapy Studio, Singapore

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Assistant Manager to join our growing wellness and therapy brand. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, industry connections, and the ability to execute both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve company KPIs across: Courses & Teacher Training Programmes, Workshops & Specialised Programmes, Corporate Wellness Programmes
  • Actively source and close new business opportunities
  • Leverage existing connections to secure roadshows, booths, pop-ups, and special events
  • Plan and execute sales initiatives to increase brand visibility and revenue
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and Studio Manager to align sales strategies with operations capacity
  • Track sales performance and report progress against KPIs
  • Represent the company professionally at external events and partnerships
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of results
  • Flair for sales, marketing, and relationship-building
  • Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Remuneration

Basic salary + commission (performance-based)
