Job Responsibilities
  • Provide key account business support in the IT industry, focusing on memory sales management.
  • Handle documentation and administrative tasks related to sales processes.
  • Manage customer communication and relationships, supporting the full sales cycle including quotations, inquiries, and demand management.
  • Track, analyze, and update customer demand forecasts, ensuring accurate communication with HQ.
  • Lead forecast and supply management activities, including weekly and quarterly face-to-face business meetings.
  • Prepare management reports, issue summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence (MI) to support strategic decision-making.
  • Negotiate and build consensus with business partners, driving effective strategy execution.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating closely with the sales department and customers.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of the semiconductor industry, with preference for experience in the memory business.
  • Experience in key account management and close customer support, including relationship management and follow-up on meetings.
  • Understanding of global logistics (WW logistics) and awareness of how geopolitical factors affect export/import activities.
  • Proven ability in customer demand management, working collaboratively with both customers and HQ teams.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Korean or Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
