Stag Match (SMI) is seeking a high-performing Sales and Marketing Manager (Education). The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales KPIs, developing growth strategies, and implementing action plans.

- Develop annual sales and gross-profit plans by analyzing trends and results
- Create and execute strategic plans to reach sales goals and expand the customer base locally and overseas
- Present products to clients effectively
Job Description
- Manage and meet sales targets
- Plan and implement sales and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to sales and marketing efforts, providing strategic recommendations
- Prepare action plans, ensure product quality, and maintain high customer service standards
- Identify trends and resolve issues proactively
- Formulate strategies to build lasting digital media connections with consumers
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure effective delivery
- Generate leads, monitor pipelines, and report weekly to the Director of Sales/Business Development
- Collaborate with the Director and Deputy Director on marketing budgets and cost-effective planning
- Support other activities as assigned
- Coordinate with media agencies and creative teams for digital and print marketing materials
- Conduct roadshows and tele-sales activities
- Forecast requirements, report sales, prepare budgets, and monitor expenditures
- Attend corporate meetings and exhibitions as needed
Requirements
- Experience in sales and digital marketing
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, manager, or director
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including C-level
- Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
- Strong product positioning and competitive analysis skills
- Understanding of operational impacts from sales and marketing initiatives
- Experience in developing client-focused solutions
- Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and strategic recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Creative business problem-solving skills
