Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sales of WSQ Food Safety courses. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the food safety industry, knowledge of WSQ training standards, and a strong sales background. This role is responsible for driving the growth of our food safety courses by engaging with potential clients, understanding their training needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, including businesses in the F&B industry and other sectors involved with food, such as hospitality, healthcare, education, and food production, to promote WSQ Food Safety courses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base and drive sales growth.
  • Assess clients' needs and advise them on the appropriate food safety training solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring clients are supported throughout the decision-making process.
  • Handle any post-sales inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customers receive high-quality service.
  • Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with our Digital Marketing & Marketing team to align on promotions, campaigns, and outreach activities.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the food safety or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of WSQ Food Safety certification courses, training standards, and industry regulations.
  • Existing network or relationships in the food safety or training industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
