A consultancy firm in Singapore seeks a Sales & Marketing Executive to develop the Vietnamese market for its services, including immigration consultancy and education placement. This role requires fluency in Vietnamese and English, along with a diploma or degree in marketing or a related field. Ideal candidates should be target-driven with 1–2 years of sales or marketing experience. We are seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to develop and manage the Vietnamese market for our services in immigration consultancy, education placement, company incorporation, and professional course sales.
Sales & Client Acquisition
Promote and sell immigration, education placement, company incorporation, and training courses to Vietnamese-speaking clients
Handle enquiries and conduct client consultations
Follow up on leads and close sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Marketing & Market Development
Support marketing campaigns targeting the Vietnam market
Assist with Vietnamese-language marketing materials and client communication
Identify new business opportunities and referral partners
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate sales records and client documentation
Prepare basic sales and performance reports
Prefer to have taken Higher Vietnamese (advanced Vietnamese language)
Fluent in spoken and written Vietnamese, with strong grammar and professional writing ability
Good command of English (Mandarin is an advantage)
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of sales or marketing experience (education, immigration, or consultancy experience is a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
