About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team at Yuen Mai Glass Merchant Pte Ltd. As a full-time role based in Singapore, this position will play a crucial part in supporting our sales operations and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, checking and preparing of documents using ERP software
  • Liaise with customers to address order inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
  • Assist with the preparation of sales kits, samples and other relevant documentation
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of sales-related systems and processes
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the sales function
What we are looking for
  • Proven experience in a sales administrative or client support role, preferably within the glass or a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
