This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination between our sales, operations, and management departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full tender process, including preparation and submission of tender documents process and manage service agreements. Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with company procedures
  • Maintain accurate records in Quick book and internal systems
  • Assist with inventory tracking and logistics coordination
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely job execution
  • Management for budgeting, project management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in computer
