Eastern Harvest Foods (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent Sales Admin/CSR to support order processing, customer records, and reporting from our Jalan Tepong office.

You will coordinate with customers, prepare quotes and contracts, and analyze sales data while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Training and staff benefits accompany a competitive compensation package.

Qualificações

• Minimum 'O' Level or Diploma qualification.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Integrated WhatsApp order to Vortex.
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and contracts.
• Maintain and update customer records and prices in Nav systems.
• Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze data.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
