Eastern Harvest Foods (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to manage key customer accounts and develop new business opportunities. You will ensure smooth order fulfilment, handle inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with experience in sales coordination or business development preferred. Fast-paced environment with office-based duties in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or sales.
• Experience in sales coordination, business development, or key account management preferred.
• Experience in food distribution, FMCG, or foodservice is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing key customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and other internal teams to fulfil orders.
• Process orders accurately from placement to delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries on products, pricing, and availability.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and assist in tender submissions when required.
