Seed System Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organized Sales Admin to support a fast-paced Sales Team in Singapore. The role acts as a reference point for colleagues and customers, maintaining schedules, providing feedback, and handling documentation to optimize the team’s performance and company growth.

The candidate should bring 3 years in a similar role, familiarity with tender bid processes, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Formación

• 3 Years in similar role, and in engineering industry will be a plus but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in similar role and in tender bid process will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good language skill (English, verbal and written).
• Well organized, responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving, independent, high level of dedication and with self-initiative.
• Team player with good communication, interpersonal, coordination and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating the sales team by managing the filing of important documents, maintaining important data such as storing and sorting of sales function related data in electronic form, and communicating relevant information for smooth sales operations.
• Responding to sales team’s requests on tender bid process (from pre-qualification, to bidding and post award phase) including but not limited to the preparation, coordination and scheduling of works to ensure smooth and successful bid submission.
• Preparation of simple quotations.
• Preparation and presentation of pipelines tracking reports, sales and all related functional reports for business unit.
• Handle the processing of all orders received by sales with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor the team’s progress and identify shortcomings of administration process and propose improvements where necessary.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials and marketing events.
• Ensure adherence to internal workflow policy.
