  • Manage end-to-end sales order processing, including preparing quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and purchase orders.
  • Handle customer enquiries promptly through phone and email, ensuring professional and efficient service.
  • Welcome and engage customers warmly and professionally.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer support requests received via telephone.
  • Accurately gather and update customer information, including personal details, vehicle registration, and ownership records, and submit change management forms when required.
  • Check and confirm support agreement and warranty validity in accordance with local guidelines.
