Job summary

A multinational corporation in Singapore is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to handle sales activities, manage orders, and liaise with customers. The ideal candidate has at least a year of experience in sales support, is familiar with sales documentation, and possesses fluency in Mandarin and English. Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and ERP systems like SAP, are essential. The position offers competitive salary and a structured work week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and process sales activities, including preparing delivery orders, quotations, and invoices.
  • Manage sales orders from entry to fulfilment, track order status, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on delivery schedules and sales-related matters.
  • Support B2B transactions, including import/export documentation and related coordination.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring accuracy in all documents.
  • Communicate effectively with a multinational team and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Handle multiple cases at once and respond promptly to changes, issues, or urgent requests.
Requirements
  • Min. 1 year of sales support or sales coordination experience.
  • Familiarity with sales documentation such as DOs, quotations, and invoices.
  • Basic understanding of the semiconductor or electronic components industry, supply chain, and logistics processes.
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking suppliers.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
