Overview

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC for Chemical Materials. Due to business needs, they are recruiting a Sales Admin Assistant to be part of their Sales Support Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Responsibilities
  • Handle daily SAP transactions, including receiving, transfer postings, and invoice entries.
  • Update and convert Bills of Materials (BOM) as needed.
  • Generate customer invoices on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Prepare accurate invoices and credit notes in a timely manner.
  • Process goods returns and issue corresponding credit notes.
  • Maintain clear and updated records of customer interactions.
  • Address customer billing inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide support to the Customer Service Officer (CSO) when required.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales support experience
  • Comfortable to work in fast-paced environment
