Job Overview:

Hisense is looking for a sales admin to responsible for providing administrative support, including sales administrative duties,, and sales support to the sales team or department.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide daily operational support to stores and the sales team, including handling sales orders, transfers, and returns

  2. Follow up on the entire order process from order placement to delivery and installation, coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and after-sales teams

  3. Collect, maintain, and analyze sales data; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

  4. Assist with inventory management to ensure healthy stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock

  5. Execute company pricing and promotional policies, ensuring accuracy across store systems

  6. Support sales reconciliation, rebate calculation, and related expense applications

  7. Organize, maintain, and archive sales contracts, pricing policies, and related documents

  8. Support new product launches, promotional activities, and post-campaign performance tracking

  9. Perform other sales-related administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements
  1. Diploma or above; business, management, or related majors are a plus

  2. 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or retail-related roles

  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software; strong data-handling skills

  4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized, with good communication and coordination skills

  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment

  6. Experience in appliance retail, chain stores, or FMCG industry is an advantage
