A fast-growing company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Support role to assist in developing sales markets in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will support the Sales Manager, manage client communications, and handle documentation. Requirements include 1-2 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel. Support the Sales Manager in developing Southeast Asia sales markets.
Follow up with existing clients, manage daily sales communication and order coordination.
Prepare quotations, basic contracts, and sales documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, delivery, and inventory updates.
Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights.
1–2 years of sales or business development experience (FMCG, alcohol, F&B preferred).
Interest in regional sales and cross-border business.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to work under guidance and execute tasks efficiently.
