Job description

Role and responsibilities

• Enforce workplace safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.
• Conduct training sessions on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Investigate workplace accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform routine safety inspections and audits to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans.
• Maintain safety records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
• Encourage employees to adopt safe work practices.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and ensure legal compliance.
• Implement OSH management.
• Manage Safety Audits on site.
