Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Singapore-First Innovation & Regional Scalability: Lead the development and execution of interim roadmaps and priorities for Singapore-led initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable and adaptable for regional deployment.
- Lead Change Initiatives: Coordinate and manage high-profile change projects driven by local business needs (e.g., Paylah! travel Debit, YA card), ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
- Regional Alignment & Governance: Align all Regional Process Owner initiatives and Gen AI use cases with both local and regional strategies, ensuring robust governance and collaboration.
- Process Optimization & Efficiency: Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement and efficiency opportunities (PIE), leveraging landscape discovery and best practices to drive operational excellence.
- Job Re-Design & Talent Strategy: Champion job re-design and talent strategies, maximizing resource fungibility and building on efficiencies gained from previous years of process improvement, target operating model (TOM), Gen AI, and automation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Computer/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Artificial Intelligence).
- Experience: 6–8 years of progressive experience in business analysis, project management, or product within the financial services or technology sector, with at least 3–4 years focused on AI/ML/Gen AI/Digital Transformation projects.
Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and advanced problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- Experience designing processes that enhance both employee and customer journeys.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, user story creation, and project management tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Deep understanding of translating complex business challenges into viable AI-enabled solutions; advanced knowledge of prompt design, Gen AI outputs, and model tuning.
- Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML/Gen AI governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
