Job Description

• In charge of designing, developing and modifying guidance, navigation, and flight control systems and algorithms for company aircraft systems.
• Responsible for analyzing flight data to verify flight performance and to help troubleshoot issues that are found during the flights of company drone systems.
• In charge of selecting, testing, evaluating and integrating new sensors or navigation systems onto the company drone systems.
• In charge of generating documentation on the specifications, design, test procedures and test results of the GNC systems and algorithms that were developed.
• Responsible for developing and modifying 6-DOF and hardware-in-the-loop simulation environments.
• In charge of supporting ground and flight test activities.
• Responsible for participating in design and code reviews.
• Working with cross-function departments.

Job Requirement

• Minimum degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Aerospace/Mechatronics Engineering or relevant.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in system modelling and control, analysis, and simulation in aircraft applications and developing model-based design and analyses using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming language and software and development tools such as Linux, ROS and Git.
• Knowledge in inertial and other types of sensors for navigation.
• Knowledge in Kalman filtering, digital signal processing and sensor data fusion.
