Job summary

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive risk management initiatives by designing, implementing, and monitoring control policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor regulatory developments, assess business impact, and advise on appropriate actions or regulatory responses.
  • Develop, promote, and oversee the implementation of risk management and compliance policies in line with regulatory requirements and the Group Risk Management Framework.
  • Promote a strong risk management and compliance culture through awareness initiatives and training programmes.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management and regional offices on compliance status, risk management initiatives, and progress.
  • Manage and maintain Business Continuity Management, perform AML/CFT screening, and undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in risk management or compliance functions.
  • CGI qualification or equivalent insurance-related certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated capability in designing and implementing effective risk control measures.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including AML/CFT requirements.
  • Proven experience in regulatory interpretation and compliance documentation preparation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
