Customer Service and Sales
- Deliver exceptional, personalized shopping experiences to clients.
- Drive sales and support the team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and manage relationships with VIPs and key customers through effective clienteling strategies.
- Maintain a comprehensive CRM database to foster lasting customer connections.
- Ensure excellence in after-sales service, enhancing client satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a mentoring mindset.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
- Share weekly sales insights to support team success and strategy development.
- Handle team dynamics and conflicts with maturity and professionalism.
Stock and Operations Management
- Partner with Operations to maintain optimal stock levels and organized stockrooms.
- Manage stock replenishment and ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock takes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- More then 5 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in jewellery or high‑end products.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse clientele and team members.
- Passionate about people, design, and luxury, with a strong eye for fashion and style.
- Proven ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment and mentor team success.
- Experienced in leading teams; candidates with extensive experience may be considered for senior roles.
