Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs for retail staff.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service of retail staff.
  • Create training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify training needs and gaps.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and vendors as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to retail staff to maximize their performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new retail staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
