We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at our company. The ideal candidate will assist with daily retail operations, customer service, and store presentations. Fresh graduates and individuals with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

You’ll be joining a store with an established customer base — a valuable foundation to deepen relationships, drive repeat sales, and grow your earnings.

Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and after-sales support.
  • Handle inquiries and promote products to meet sales targets.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently (POS / invoicing).
  • Build long-term relationships with repeat customers.
Store Operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable retail environment.
  • Manage product display, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
  • Assist with receiving and unpacking goods.
  • Prepare simple reports and communicate with the office team on stock or customer matters.
  • Perform other ad-hoc retail duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum GCE O-Level / N-Level / Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; retail experience is an advantage.
  • Must be able to write and communicate in both Mandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers).
  • Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented.
  • Willing to learn product knowledge and handle customer needs confidently.
  • Able to work on weekends or retail shifts when required.
