Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional sales advice and customer service at retail outlets
• Promote and sell company products through live selling (online livestream platforms)
• Engage audiences during live sessions to drive sales and brand awareness
• Participate in off‑site promotions, roadshows, and marketing events
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain strong product knowledge and present products confidently
• Handle customer enquiries both in‑store and online
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
• Support daily retail operations and promotional activities as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, live selling, or promotions is an advantage (training may be provided)
• Comfortable with live selling / on‑camera presentation and interacting with customers online
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, friendly, and customer‑oriented attitude
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Willing to participate in off‑site promotions, roadshows, and events
• Basic knowledge of social media or livestream platforms (e.g. TikTok, Shopee Live, Facebook Live) is a plus
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, punctual, and well‑groomed
• Able to follow company policies, confidentiality, and code of conduct
• Physically fit to stand for long hours during retail or promotional events
