Assistant Store & Service Manager

The Assistant Store & Service Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a high-performing team culture. This role oversees daily floor operations, ensures store readiness, and mentors the sales team to embody the brand’s spirit of innovation and energy.

The Assistant Manager also plays a key role in managing scheduling, compliance, and in-store activations, making it an exciting leadership opportunity within a dynamic retail environment.

As a Sales & Service Associate, you will create a service-driven retail environment that prioritizes guest engagement and exceptional experiences. You will represent the brand on the sales floor, achieve sales targets, and support day-to-day store operations.

The Storekeeper plays a vital role in supporting daily store operations by managing stock flow and maintaining an efficient back‑of‑house environment. This role ensures merchandise is received, organized, and replenished accurately so the sales floor is always ready to meet customer needs.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in sportswear, fashion, or premium brands.
  • Passion for sports, movement, and running, with strong customer engagement skills.
  • Strong sales acumen, with the ability to confidently recommend products and drive sales through storytelling and upselling techniques.
  • Experience handling POS systems, multiple payment methods, and tax‑free transactions with accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy retail environment, particularly in an airport or high‑traffic setting.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, eager to contribute to a fun, dynamic, and goal‑driven workplace.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, aligning with airport retail hours.
