    The India Market Unit Manager in Strategy & Consulting for the Retail, Marketing, and Sales domain within the Energy/Oil & Gas Downstream industry will be based in Delhi or Mumbai. With at least 8 years of experience, the role is at the Manager level within the India Business entity at Accenture. Accenture Strategy is focused on shaping the future of clients by integrating profound business insights with an understanding of the impact of technology on industries and business models. The emphasis is on addressing digital disruption, redefining competitiveness, business and operating models, as well as preparing for the workforce of the future. As a Strategy and Consulting Manager specializing in the Oil and Gas downstream sector, particularly in retail and marketing, you will focus on various key responsibilities. These include providing expertise in business and digital transformation services tailored to the Oil & Gas Downstream industry, optimizing marketing and sales strategies, planning sales strategy and operations, designing channel strategies, implementing Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies, enhancing sales force effectiveness, optimizing business processes, developing marketing and campaign strategies, and offering digital transformation leadership to clients.
