Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an in-house IT Officer.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, manages, troubleshoots and upgrades computer systems and servers.
• Provides end-user support for a variety of web applications.
• Coordinates the set-up of data services, as well as phones, computers, and printer installation.

Skills

Basic knowledge of POS environments in supermarkets or hypermarkets

Hands-on experience with setup of PCs, servers, MFPs, and general networking

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Flexible in task prioritization

Understanding of retail store operations
