  • Position: Retail Manager

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (office hours)

  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
  • Set clear performance goals and manage staff scheduling, attendance, and morale
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to meet or exceed targets
  • Promote product lines
  • Develop and execute in-store sales campaigns and cross‑promotions
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment
  • Ensure all products are well‑presented
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and awareness for new launches
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and mall authorities for store activities and events
  • Provide timely updates and reports to management on store performance and market trends
Requirements
