Core Responsibilities
Training & In-store engagement
- Develop and implement a training plan that ensures a consistent, high-quality in-store experience across partner store locations.
- Follow up with partners on the implementation of in-store training programs, evaluating effectiveness through retail critical metrics and ensure performance goals are met.
- Support partners in in-store coaching of store teams as and when needed.
- Lead the planning and successful execution of events.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate execution standards, ensuring full alignment with brand guidelines and operational excellence principles.
- Ensure seamless execution of in-store activities, continuously tracking performance and implementing improvements to boost engagement and sales performance.
Visual Merchandising & Retail Operations
- Implement store planograms to ensure optimal product placement, while maintaining high visual merchandising standards to enhance store’s presentation and align with overall retail strategy.
- Give inputs to Trade Marketing Team to develop and implement creative, traffic-stopping, and engaging VM in stores.
- Partner with operations team and KAM to monitor stock levels across all stores, ensuring timely replenishment, minimizing stockouts to support sales performance.
Promotions Planning & Execution
- Forecast, plan and deliver channel-specific activities, promotions, and merchandising aligned with key campaigns and occasions, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Overall Retail Management
- Develop and implement an integrated retail marketing plan for our LEGO branded channel within the respective market.
- Derive data-driven retail solutions through retail metric analysis & commercial insights to drive sustainable LFL growth, identify growth opportunities and drive profitability across all doors.
- Analyse sales trends, consumer behaviour, and traffic patterns to generate actionable insights that inform strategies for promotions, product placement, and pricing optimization.
- Stay current with retail industry trends, continuously monitor retail market developments and apply insights to improve operational standards or customer experience.
New Store Openings & Remodels
- Plan, manage, and execute new store openings and store refits, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full alignment with brand and operational standards.

It focuses on translating commercial and brand strategy into effective in-store processes, supporting field teams through training and performance insights, and driving continuous improvement to deliver operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

- Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
- Proven experience of agility in the retail environment to drive retail objectives
