Job Responsibilities

(Retail Assistant)

• Uphold the brand’s image by delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Showcase and recommend products/services to potential customers.

• Ensure the sales area is clean, well‑organized, and visually appealing to enhance sales opportunities.

• Respond to customer inquiries with expertise and enthusiasm.

• Contribute to meeting sales targets and share valuable feedback with the team.

(Retail Supervisor)

• Manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, and merchandising.

• Assist the team in meeting sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Support staff training, scheduling, and team supervision.

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies.

• Oversee cash handling, reporting, and administrative duties.

• Engage in on-the-job training and leadership development programs.
  

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in Retail or Sales industry is an advantage.

• Entry level are welcomed

• Candidates with leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills/ supervisory experience may be considered for a supervisory role.
