Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand customer base and improve market share. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the sales team. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service excellence.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
