  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the daily operations of the existing restaurant network, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational KPIs.
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, inventory management, and facilities management
  • Analyze performance metrics and create actionable plans to improve profitability, productivity, labour cost and service quality
  • Manage and develop a team to build a high-performing operational organization
  • Collaborate with the executive on strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align operations with the overall business objectives
  • Foster a positive work culture and coach/mentor staff to drive employee engagement and retention
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive initial customer traffic and sales.

Qualifications:
